I posses the Philips HN110 noise cancelling. It says you can adjust the level of noise cancelling, but I cannot catch this aspect.

They say boise is the best cancels out unabridged noise but it is a 50 bucks or a 100 or so you can test online assumption it helps, besides try amazon that way you can g! et a used one.
