Question about Samsung cell phone model A840...?

The screen remains blue, on the other hand the call yet works; it will much dial ring numbers like always. I've tried turning it off and on, on the other hand yet tried removing and reinstalling the battery. I'll be bringing it in to the Sprint store to obtain it looked at, but in the meantime I'm wondering if anybody who has this same phone has had a problem with the screen? I've had the phone for almost one year and it's my first, so I don't know if this is everyday with cell phones. But the screen all lifetime has not worked.

That particular phone has a Manufactures Warrenty of (1) year from the date of purchase and if the dilemma was due to defects in material or workmanship from the manufacture, they'll repair it at no charge thru Radio Shacks "Narda" repair options. Changing the battery wont lift unfortunately. Sounds cognate you have a possible problem inside the phone and yes, it will committal to be looked at by a repair tech.
